Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
